Beautiful cakes for any occasion

I have been cake decorating for many years (nearly 20 - how old does that make me feel?!), but only recently have I decided to turn my passion into a business.

I am happy to create any style of cake, and will work with sugarpaste, royal icing, or buttercream using a variety of techniques. However, I am gaining a reputation for my novelty children’s cakes, so if it’s a TV character, computer game hero or favourite toy you want, I am the baker you need! Please look at my gallery of children’s cakes for proof!  I can also supply cupcakes, which are very ‘in’ at the moment. I can decorate them with a novelty theme for your party, creating cupcake toppers out of royal icing in whatever design you require - see my Hello Kitty and my Star Wars cupcakes as examples.

Finally, my other speciality is wheat-free and/or dairy-free cakes. My daughter is wheat, dairy and soya-intolerant, and I have had to learn to bake without the traditional cake ingredients. You would never guess that these cakes contained anything other than the usual flour and butter - they taste great and you don’t have to have an intolerance or allergy to enjoy them!
